The Story
Why we started Aureon
Ben has spent over 15 years in construction, working across residential builds, commercial projects, and structural renovations throughout Kent and the South East. He started Aureon because he kept seeing the same problems: jobs that overrun, costs that creep, and communication that disappears the moment the deposit clears.
Aureon was built on a simple principle: run every project the way you would want your own home built. That means a clear scope before anything starts, honest pricing with no hidden allowances, and a named project manager you can actually get hold of.
When something changes on a job, we tell you before it becomes a problem. When we say a job will be done by Friday, it is done by Friday. That is not a marketing line. It is how we keep the work coming back.

Honest pricing
Our quotes are detailed and itemised. Every line has a cost against it. If the scope changes mid-build, you hear about it immediately with a clear explanation and a revised figure. No surprises at final invoice.
Clear communication
You will always know where your project stands. Your project manager provides regular updates, answers calls and emails promptly, and never leaves you chasing for information.
In-house teams
We use our own tradespeople wherever possible because quality is easier to control when you know who is doing the work. Where we bring in specialists, they are people we have worked with for years.
On-time delivery
We plan thoroughly before we start. Realistic scheduling, structured project management, and a team that knows what is expected. If there is a delay, you will know why and what we are doing about it.
Where We Work
Kent and the South East
We are based in Kent and work across the South East of England. Most of our residential projects are in Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Maidstone, and the surrounding areas. Commercial work takes us across Kent, Sussex, Surrey, and into London.
