What we collect

- Account information (name, email, company, phone number)
- Message content from WhatsApp, email and calls you connect to Aurian
- Quote and job data you create or approve
- Usage data (feature usage, session length)
How we use it
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve the Aurian service
- Process messages, quotes and jobs on your behalf
- Send service notifications and support communications
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share data only with:
- Twilio (for WhatsApp and SMS delivery)
- Our AI/LLM providers (for message processing — data is not used for training)
- Stripe (for payment processing)
- Service providers (hosting, analytics, support)
How long we keep it
We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus 12 months after cancellation. You can request deletion at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data (data portability)
- Object to processing
