The agreement
These terms govern your use of Aurian AI ("the Service"). By signing up, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What Aurian does
Aurian is an AI-powered back-office assistant for sole traders. It:
- Processes messages from WhatsApp, email and calls
- Drafts quotes, books appointments and chases invoices
- Provides a dashboard for reviewing and approving actions
Aurian acts on your behalf but requires your approval for important actions (quotes, bookings, payments).
Your responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate rate and pricing information
- Review and approve quotes before they are sent
- Ensure you have consent from customers to process their messages
- Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
Payment
Subscription: £99/month + VAT. 14-day free trial. No contract — cancel any time via your dashboard. Payment is processed by Stripe. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period.
Availability
We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be notified in advance. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Liability
Aurian is a tool to assist your business operations. We are not liable for:
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Errors in quotes or messages you approve and send
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time via your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
